
For as long as I can remember, I’ve struggled with anxiety and depression. My mental health challenges often got in the way of truly living my life the way I desperately wanted to. So in November 2016, I created Peachie Day as a way to challenge myself to make some big life changes and inspire others to get out there and live with everything in them. This blog is a place of positivity and healing, as I share my new adventures, things that I’ve learned, things that make me feel good, and the ups and downs of recovery.
